Fighting Aggie Farmhouse is the newest addition to the Aggieland Vacation Rental inventory and it’s a natural beauty! The beauty lies inside and out, nature lovers will enjoy watching the birds and wildlife that come to the pond to drink or graze on the 3-plus acre property. The outdoor entertainment area overlooking the pond makes the perfect backdrop for your gathering. To top that off the location is only 10 minutes or 2.6 miles from Kyle Field and Texas A&M University!

The Farmhouse kitchen comes fully furnished with all the luxuries of home for dinners to be served at the farm-style table and overflow at the eating bar.  The open floor plan makes gathering with family and friends a breeze as everyone can be included in the conversations, watch the big game together or play late into the night with the large selection of games provided.

Enjoy the country night sky and gaze at the stars on the designated picnic blanket provided or cozy up on the patio and enjoy a glass of wine while the children explore the outdoors! The Farmhouse has something for everyone to enjoy.

The first room located downstairs makes a great place for all the kids to sleep in or for adult overflow. This bunkroom features a twin-over and full-size bed on the bottom, then a second bunk twin over twin.

The primary bedroom is located downstairs and features a wood-framed king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom downstairs features a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen bed.

This property is pet friendly!  A Pet Addendum will be emailed to you to complete, once approved the payment request for the Pet Fee will be sent.  The max limit is 2 dogs! 50% of the Pet Fee is non-refundable.

Would you like to bring your RV?  An 18x45 RV Cover with electricity and water can be added to your reservation for an additional fee, inquire for details.
