Aggie Abode puts you in the ‘Aggie Spirit’ as soon as you walk in the door! It has a cozy setup with all the carefully curated décor pieces to fit the TAMU theme. There are several board and card games to pass the time as well as a smart tv in the living area, which also contains a good size sectional sofa, a dining table, and two barstools for extra seating. In the quaint kitchen area, you will find a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a 10-cup coffee maker, and wine glasses for a relaxing morning or evening.

There are large three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that are all fully equipped to make you feel perfectly comfortable during your time here. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, a great amount of space for all your belongings as well as a luggage rack. Bringing your kiddos? One of the rooms is perfect for children’s entertainment with many books and games to play!

Want to get in some outdoor time? Right outside the back of the property is the neighborhood pool, walk across the street for a swim to cool you off, take a stroll to the pond for some fishing inside the community park area or drive down the road to College Stations Veteran’s Park. Also, outside the back you will see that there is covered parking that fits 2 vehicles into a space, saving your car from that Texas heat!
