Recently remodeled, this modern home has all the essentials for your visit to Aggieland. With a fun and inviting atmosphere, be welcomed by a spacious living room that easily flows into the dining area and kitchen.

The newly remodeled kitchen features beautiful blue granite countertops, black cabinets, and a fun pattern backsplash. Equipped with a drip coffee pot, air fryer, gas stove, and the essentials to make your stay even better. Head over, past the kitchen, to the Aggie-themed entertainment room, equipped with a large TV, an arcade-style Basketball game, and a futon for overflow guests!

Make your way down the hall to choose from the 3 bedrooms, all with a queen-size bed and a TV for a late-night movie. The shared hall bathroom has been updated with a large tile walk-in shower with a custom-laid pattern, glass door, and beautiful quartz countertops. The primary room features another bathroom with custom subway tile and lovely accented tile details in the shower, Texas decor’, and a new sparkling quartz vanity alongside the brushed nickel accents.

Relax on the front porch rocking chairs and watch the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee or enjoy the cozy colorful back porch with a glass of wine or a cold beer, add in some friendly competition by playing a game of cornhole, while you let the kids run free for some fresh air in the fully fenced yard with a beautiful shading tree!
